AI Data Stream offers three plans to match your needs: Free, Pro, and Business. Every new account starts with 30 days of Business free. This guide covers features, pricing, and billing management.

Your First 30 Days

Every new account gets the Business plan free for 30 days, with no card. Everything is unlocked from the moment you verify your email: every connection type, unlimited properties, full data history, scheduled reports and external AI access. The end date is shown under Subscription in the sidebar.

When the 30 days end, your team moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged. Your properties, connections and history stay; connections and features beyond the Free plan are paused, not deleted, and come back the moment you pick a plan. We email you a week before the end and again when it happens.

To keep everything as it is, click Subscription and choose a plan before the month ends. Your card is charged only when the free month ends.

Adding Extra Seats

Need more team members than your plan includes?

Extra seats: $5/user/month

Available on Pro and Business plans. Extra seats are prorated to your billing cycle.

Adding Seats

The Buy Extra Seat button appears once your team reaches its seat limit (members plus pending invitations):

  1. Click Team Settings in the sidebar
  2. Under Invite member, click Buy Extra Seat
  3. One seat is added to your subscription

Click Buy Extra Seat again for each additional seat you need.

Upgrading Your Plan

From Free to Pro/Business

  1. Click Subscription in the sidebar (on the Free plan this opens the pricing page)
  2. Click Choose Plan on Pro or Business
  3. Enter your payment details at checkout
  4. Confirm the subscription

Your upgrade takes effect immediately. If you upgrade during your free month, your card is charged when the month ends; otherwise it is charged at purchase.

From Pro to Business

  1. Click Subscription in the sidebar
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Click Switch to This Plan on Business
  4. Click Confirm Plan Change

You’ll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

Considerations

Before downgrading, note:

  • Properties: Your existing properties stay. If you have more than the new plan allows, you can’t create new ones until you’re under the limit
  • Connections: Higher-tier connections will be disabled
  • Team members: Existing members keep access, but you can’t invite new members while you’re over the new seat limit

How to Downgrade

  1. Click Subscription in the sidebar
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Click Switch to This Plan on the lower tier
  4. Click Confirm Plan Change

Plan changes, including downgrades, take effect immediately and are prorated.

Managing Billing

Payment methods, invoices, and billing history are managed through Stripe’s secure customer portal.

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Click Subscription in the sidebar
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s customer portal

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • Update payment method - Add, change, or remove cards
  • View invoices - Download past invoices as PDF
  • Update billing info - Change billing address or email
  • View payment history - See all past payments

Invoice Details

Each invoice shows:

  • Plan charges
  • Extra seat charges
  • Taxes (if applicable)
  • Payment method used
  • Date paid

Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Click Subscription in the sidebar
  2. Click Cancel Subscription (Cancel Trial during the free trial)
  3. Click Yes, Cancel

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period
  • After that, your team moves to the Free plan
  • Your data stays - nothing is deleted when you cancel
  • Connections beyond Free tier limits are disabled
  • Your properties stay, but if you have more than the Free plan allows, you can’t create new ones until you’re under the limit

To permanently delete your data, delete your account (Profile → Delete account). This immediately cancels the subscriptions of teams you own and permanently deletes those teams’ data and files.

Reactivating

If you cancel and want to come back:

  • Before your billing period ends: click Subscription in the sidebar, then Resume Subscription (Resume Trial if you cancelled during the trial)
  • After it has ended: open the pricing page in the app and click Choose Plan on the plan you want

Your data and settings are still there, because cancelling never deletes them.

Frequently Asked Questions

When am I charged?

If you upgrade during your free month, you’re charged when the month ends, then on the same date each month (or annually if you chose annual billing). If you upgrade after your free month, you’re charged at purchase and then each period.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Click Subscription in the sidebar, then Change Plan. Switch the toggle to Monthly or Yearly, click Switch to This Plan on your plan and confirm with Confirm Plan Change. The change is prorated, so you get credit for the unused part of your current period.

Can I get a refund?

Every new account gets 30 days of Business free, so you have time to evaluate before paying anything. Once you’re on a paid plan, you can cancel anytime but partial refunds are not provided for unused time. For billing issues, use the in-app support tickets in Settings → Support.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets the Business plan free for 30 days, with no card. When it ends you move to the Free plan automatically, which stays free forever with core features. Paid plans have no separate trial: upgrade during your free month and you’re charged when it ends; upgrade later and you’re charged at purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.

What currencies do you support?

We support USD, GBP, and EUR. Use the currency switcher at the top of this page to view prices in your preferred currency. You’ll be charged in the currency you select during checkout.
