We use secure OAuth connections - you authorize read-only access to your platforms. We query your data in real-time when you ask questions. Analytics data is not stored - only your conversation history for reference.

Yes. Each team gets an isolated database. Your API keys are encrypted at rest. Conversations stay private to your team. All connections use TLS encryption.

Turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app (you get recovery codes too), or add a passkey for passwordless sign-in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a hardware security key. Both live in your account settings.

Only if you grant Support Access in your account settings. It is off by default, expires automatically after 7 days, every support sign-in is logged where you can see it, and support staff never see your API keys or connection credentials.

Team owners can download a full backup of their team data at any time from Team Settings: conversations, annotations, reports and settings. Any conversation can also be exported on its own as a Markdown file.

HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations let you combine sales data with analytics. Ask questions like "Show me deals from leads that came from organic search." This cross-platform analysis is a key Business feature.

Just a Google account with access to your Google Ads account, on a Pro or Business plan. Click Connect with Google, sign in, and pick the account.

GitHub connects your repository data to the AI. Track releases, commits, deployments, issues, and pull requests. The AI can correlate deployments with traffic changes - for example, identifying that a traffic drop coincided with a production release. Available on Pro and Business plans via OAuth or personal access token.

BYOK means you use your own AI API keys from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or DeepSeek. You pay the AI providers directly for usage - we add zero markup to your AI costs.

Costs vary by provider and model (all AI providers charge in USD). Most providers offer a range of models from budget-friendly to premium. DeepSeek is the most cost-effective option. A typical analytics question costs fractions of a cent.

Sign up at your preferred provider: OpenAI (platform.openai.com), Anthropic (console.anthropic.com), Google AI (aistudio.google.com), or DeepSeek (platform.deepseek.com). Create an API key and add it to your AI Data Stream settings.

Yes. Every new account gets the Business plan free for 30 days, no card needed, then moves to the Free plan automatically. Pick a paid plan during your free month and your card is charged only when the month ends; after it, paid plans are billed from purchase.

A property is a website or app you analyze. It holds all of that site's connections (GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, a CRM and so on), conversations and annotations, so one site with several data sources is still one property. Free accounts can have up to 2 properties.

Free: 1 member. Pro: 5 members. Business: 20 members. Team members share access to connected properties and can chat with the same data sources.

Yes! All plans can query any date range from your connected platforms (limited only by what GA4, Search Console, etc. retain). The annotation context limit (Pro: 12 months, Business: unlimited) only affects how much of your annotation history the AI includes when answering.

System prompts let you customize how the AI responds. Set your business context, preferred metrics, or reporting style. We include example templates to get you started. Available on all plans.

Yes. The app interface, emails and documentation are available in English, French and German. Pick your language in your account settings.
