Adding Extra Seats

Need more team members than your plan includes?

Extra seats: $5/user/month

Available on Pro and Business plans. Extra seats are prorated to your billing cycle.

Adding Seats

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Add Seats
  3. Enter the number of additional seats
  4. Confirm the charge

Upgrading Your Plan

From Free to Pro/Business

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Confirm upgrade

Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

From Pro to Business

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select Business
  4. Confirm the change

You’ll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.


Downgrading Your Plan

Considerations

Before downgrading, note:

  • Properties: If you exceed the new limit, you’ll need to archive properties
  • Connections: Higher-tier connections will be disabled
  • Team members: Excess members will lose access

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. Review what will change
  5. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.


Managing Billing

Payment methods, invoices, and billing history are managed through Stripe’s secure customer portal.

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s customer portal

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • Update payment method - Add, change, or remove cards
  • View invoices - Download past invoices as PDF
  • Update billing info - Change billing address or email
  • View payment history - See all past payments

Invoice Details

Each invoice shows:

  • Plan charges
  • Extra seat charges
  • Taxes (if applicable)
  • Payment method used
  • Date paid

Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period
  • After that, you’ll be moved to the Free plan
  • Your data is retained for 30 days
  • Connections beyond Free tier limits are disabled
  • Properties beyond Free tier limits become archived

Reactivating

If you cancel and want to come back:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click Resubscribe
  4. Select your plan

If within 30 days, your data and settings are restored.


Frequently Asked Questions

When am I charged?

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You’re charged when the trial ends, then on the same date each month (or annually if you chose annual billing). Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Contact support to switch. If moving to annual, you’ll get credit for unused monthly payment.

Can I get a refund?

Since paid plans include a 14-day free trial, you have time to evaluate before being charged. After the trial, you can cancel anytime but partial refunds are not provided for unused time. For billing issues, use the in-app support tickets in Settings → Support.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Paid plans (Pro and Business) include a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. The Free plan is also available forever with core features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.

Do prices include tax?

Prices shown are before tax. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your location.

What currencies do you support?

We support USD, GBP, and EUR. Use the currency switcher at the top of this page to view prices in your preferred currency. You’ll be charged in the currency you select during checkout.
