Using AI Data Stream

Managing Your Dashboard

Customize your dashboard layout, choose which connections to display, and arrange widgets to suit your workflow.

The dashboard is your central hub for monitoring all your connected data sources at a glance. You can customize which connections appear, rearrange widgets, and resize them to create your ideal layout.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in, your dashboard displays widgets for each active connection that has “Show on Dashboard” enabled. Each connection type shows relevant metrics and charts:

  • Google Analytics 4 - Sessions, users, pageviews, bounce rate, and traffic trends
  • Search Console - Clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, and search performance
  • Google Ads - Campaign performance, spend, conversions, and ROI metrics
  • HubSpot - Contact and deal pipeline metrics
  • Pipedrive - Sales pipeline and activity data
  • WordPress - Content and site statistics

The dashboard also includes Quick Actions for common tasks, Recent Chats showing your latest AI conversations, and Recent Reports for quick access to generated reports.

Controlling Dashboard Visibility

You can control which connections appear on your dashboard in three ways:

1. When Adding a Connection

When you add a new connection, there’s a “Show on Dashboard” toggle in the connection form. This is enabled by default, so new connections automatically appear on your dashboard.

2. From the Connections List

Go to your property’s Connections page. Each connection has a dashboard icon button that toggles its visibility:

  • Blue icon - Connection is shown on the dashboard
  • Muted/faded icon - Connection is hidden from the dashboard

Click the icon to toggle visibility without opening the connection settings.

3. From the Dashboard

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see colored badges for each active connection. Click any badge to toggle that connection’s widgets:

  • Full opacity - Widgets are visible on the dashboard
  • Reduced opacity with muted text - Widgets are hidden but the badge remains so you can easily turn them back on

This is the quickest way to temporarily hide or show connection data while viewing your dashboard.

Customizing the Layout

You can rearrange and resize dashboard widgets to create your preferred layout.

Entering Edit Mode

Click the Customize button in the top-right area of your dashboard. This enters edit mode where you can:

  • Drag widgets - Click and hold the drag handle at the top of any widget to move it
  • Resize widgets - Drag the edges or corners of widgets to change their size
  • Reorder widgets - Move widgets up, down, or side by side

Saving Your Layout

When you’re happy with your layout:

  • Click Save to keep your changes
  • Click Cancel to discard changes and return to your previous layout

Your custom layout is saved per property, so each property can have its own dashboard arrangement.

Resetting to Default

Click Reset in edit mode to restore the default widget sizes and positions. This resets all widgets for your active connections to their original layout, which is useful if you want to start fresh or undo extensive changes.

Tips

  • Focus on what matters - Hide connections you don’t check daily to reduce visual clutter
  • Use Quick Actions - Keep the Quick Actions widget visible for fast access to starting new chats and generating reports
  • Check Recent Activity - The Recent Chats and Recent Reports widgets help you pick up where you left off
