1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Data Stream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Data Stream is a platform that connects your analytics data sources (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRMs) with AI assistants. The Service uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model where you provide your own AI provider API keys.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. BYOK Model and AI Costs

The Service operates on a Bring Your Own Key model:

  • You must provide your own API keys from supported AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek)
  • AI usage costs are billed directly by your AI provider, not by us
  • We do not add any markup to AI provider costs
  • You are responsible for monitoring and managing your AI provider spending
  • Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely

5. Connected Platforms

When you connect third-party platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.):

  • You authorize us to access your data via OAuth or API credentials
  • We access data in real-time; we do not store copies of your analytics data
  • You must have proper authorization to connect the accounts you use
  • You can revoke access at any time through your platform settings

6. Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

  • We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans
  • Paid plans include a 14-day free trial
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Free Trial

  • Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged

Payment

  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • You authorize recurring charges for subscription fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused time
  • For billing issues, use the in-app support tickets (paid plans) or contact [email protected]

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by AI Data Stream and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You retain ownership of your data and content
  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
  • Report templates you create remain your property

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of AI-generated insights
  • Compatibility with all third-party services
  • That the Service will meet all your requirements

AI-generated content is for informational purposes. Always verify important insights against your source data.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI DATA STREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from third-party services or AI providers
  • Actions taken based on AI-generated insights

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Data Stream from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create or share through the Service

13. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
