What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)?
You use your own AI API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), or DeepSeek. You pay the AI providers directly - we add zero markup to your AI costs.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan requires no credit card. For Pro and Business, a card is required to start your 14-day free trial, but you can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "property"?
A property is a connected data source - for example, one GA4 property or one Search Console site. Free users can connect up to 2 properties total.
How do extra seats work?
Need more team members? Add extra seats for $5/user/month (or equivalent in your currency). Available on Pro and Business plans.
Why upgrade to Business?
Business unlocks CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive), letting you connect your sales data with your analytics. Ask questions that span both systems.
What do I need for Google Ads integration?
Google Ads integration requires an API developer token from Google. You'll need to apply through your Google Ads Manager Account - applications are reviewed by Google. We recommend applying before upgrading to Pro if Google Ads is your main reason for upgrading.
