Getting Started
What is AI Data Stream?
AI Data Stream lets you chat with your analytics data using AI. Connect Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads, and CRMs like HubSpot and Pipedrive. Ask questions in plain English and get instant insights.
How do I get started?
Sign up for a free account (no credit card required), connect your first data source like GA4 or Search Console, add your AI provider API key, and start chatting with your data. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Do I need coding skills?
Not at all! AI Data Stream is designed for marketers, analysts, and business users. Just ask questions in plain English - no SQL, no coding required.
Which AI models are supported?
We support OpenAI (GPT-5.2, GPT-4o, o3, o4-mini), Anthropic (Claude Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), Google (Gemini 3, Gemini 2.5), and DeepSeek (Chat, Reasoner). You can switch between providers anytime.
Integrations & Data
Which data sources do you support?
Free: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights. Pro adds: Google Ads, WordPress (REST API). Business adds: HubSpot, Pipedrive, and WordPress plugin with advanced features.
How do you access my data?
We use secure OAuth connections - you authorize read-only access to your platforms. We query your data in real-time when you ask questions. We never store your analytics data.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data goes directly from the source to your AI provider - we don't store it. Your API keys are encrypted at rest. All connections use TLS encryption.
Why are CRMs only on Business?
HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations let you combine sales data with analytics. Ask questions like "Show me deals from leads that came from organic search." This cross-platform analysis is a key Business feature.
What do I need for Google Ads integration?
Google Ads requires an API developer token from Google. You apply through your Google Ads Manager Account, and Google reviews your application. This is a Google requirement, not ours. We recommend applying before upgrading to Pro if Google Ads is your primary reason for upgrading.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)
What is BYOK?
BYOK means you use your own AI API keys from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or DeepSeek. You pay the AI providers directly for usage - we add zero markup to your AI costs.
How much do AI API calls cost?
Costs vary by provider (all AI providers charge in USD). OpenAI GPT-4 is roughly $0.03-0.06 per 1K tokens. Claude is similar. DeepSeek is the most cost-effective at ~$0.14-0.28 per 1M tokens. A typical analytics question costs fractions of a cent.
Where do I get an AI API key?
Sign up at your preferred provider: OpenAI (platform.openai.com), Anthropic (console.anthropic.com), Google AI (aistudio.google.com), or DeepSeek (platform.deepseek.com). Create an API key and add it to your AI Data Stream settings.
Can I use multiple AI providers?
Yes! Add keys for multiple providers and switch between them based on your needs. Different models have different strengths - try them and compare.
Pricing & Plans
What's included in the Free plan?
Free includes: 2 properties, 1 team member, GA4 + Search Console + PageSpeed, unlimited AI chat, custom system prompts, and algorithm updates feed. Query any date range. No credit card required.
What do paid plans add?
Pro ($24/mo): Unlimited properties, 5 team members, Google Ads, WordPress. Business ($59/mo): 20 team members, HubSpot, Pipedrive, priority support. Paid plans also get extended annotation context for AI.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Business have a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you can cancel anytime before it ends.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 17%. Pro: $239/year. Business: $588/year. Pay in USD, GBP, or EUR.
Can I add more team members?
Yes. Extra seats are $5/user/month on Pro and Business plans. Need more than 20 seats? Contact us.
Teams & Properties
What's a "property"?
A property is a connected data source - one GA4 property, one Search Console site, one HubSpot account, etc. Free users can connect up to 2 properties total.
How do team seats work?
Free: 1 member. Pro: 5 members. Business: 20 members. Team members share access to connected properties and can chat with the same data sources.
Can I query historical data?
Yes! All plans can query any date range from your connected platforms (limited only by what GA4, Search Console, etc. retain). The annotation context limit (Pro: 12 months, Business: unlimited) only affects how much of your annotation history the AI includes when answering.

What are custom system prompts?
System prompts let you customize how the AI responds. Set your business context, preferred metrics, or reporting style. We include example templates to get you started. Available on all plans.
What's the algorithm updates feed?
Stay informed about Google algorithm changes that might affect your traffic. We track updates and notify you. Included free on all plans.
What kind of questions can I ask?
Anything about your connected data! Examples: "What were my top landing pages last month?", "Why did traffic drop on June 15th?", "Which campaigns drove the most conversions?", "Compare mobile vs desktop."
